Learn how to cook "Sausages with yellow cheese and crispy bacon in the oven". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 6 sausages
- 6 strips of bacon
- 60 grams of yellow cheese
- 2-3 teaspoons of mustard
- toothpicks
Method of preparation :
Peel the sausages and make a longitudinal incision in the middle of each, spread with mustard (about 1/2 teaspoon per piece or to taste). You can sprinkle with paprika if you wish.
Cut the yellow cheese into long pieces, place two on the mustard.
Wrap each sausage in a strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Arrange in a pan and bake in the oven until golden brown at 180 degrees. If your appliance has a "grill" option, use it.
Serve warm while the cheese is still melting and the bacon is crispy.
