Required products :

100 grams of white beans
250 grams of mushrooms of your choice
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 bunch fresh green spices (parsley, mint or other)

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the beans with cold water and leave for 12 hours. Then drain the liquid, pour clean water and boil the beans until cooked over medium heat (about 40 minutes). Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Drain the water again and deal with the mushrooms.

 

Wash, dry and cut if very large. Fry them in very hot oil, stirring occasionally. Add salt.

20 minutes later add to the beans and add the cream. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish cook for 15 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green spices, stir and serve.
