How To Cook Sauteed Mushrooms With Garlic, Thyme And White Wine - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 60 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper
  • 1-2 stalks of fresh thyme
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry and cut the mushrooms in half. Heat the butter and saute them in it. Season with chopped garlic cloves, thyme, salt and pepper.

Stir and pour in the white wine. Reduce the heat and cook until the liquid is reduced. Distribute portions, serve the dish warm, garnished with grated Parmesan and enjoy.

Optionally, serve the mushrooms with a suitable aperitif.
