Wash, dry and chop the spinach finely. Heat the butter in a pan or saucepan and add the vegetables. Fry it for 2-3 minutes and add the lemon juice and soy sauce.
Season with black pepper and finely chopped mint. Stew for a few minutes and pour the spinach into a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
