Crispy pecans with fragrant mint and healthy baby zucchini - a delicious and healthy vegetable garnish.

Required products :

  • 14 baby zucchini (or 340 grams)
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons pecans (or walnuts), roasted

Method of preparation :

Cut the baby zucchini into pieces diagonally.

Melt the butter and fry them in it, stirring occasionally (for 5-6 minutes or until soft). Season with salt, pepper, turmeric and cook for another minute, stirring often.

Serve the zucchini in a bowl with the mint leaves and pecans (or walnuts), stir and serve.
