How To Cook Schnitzel Stuffed With Eggs And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products

About the minced meat:

  • 700 grams of pork
  • 100 grams of old bread
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg


For the stuffing:

  • 8 eggs
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • salt, green spices, black pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the meat together with the onion and the bread soaked in the milk. Season the minced meat, add the egg and knead. From it form eight "boats", which you arrange in a greased pan. Make indentations and bake the bases for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

Then fill the boats with grated yellow cheese and beat one egg per serving. Be careful that the protein does not go beyond the contours of the place provided for the filling. Cover the minced meat around the egg with yellow cheese.

Return to the oven for another 20 minutes.

You can serve with chopped fresh vegetables.
