Necessary products:

4 hard-boiled eggs

1 raw egg

400 grams of minced meat

2 s. l. flour

breadcrumbs

parsley

left

pepper

Method of preparation:

Boil the eggs, peel them and roll them in flour. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Season the minced meat and divide it into 4 parts. In each of them put 1 egg (mince to wrap the egg). Beat the raw egg and roll the resulting "meatballs" in it and then in the breadcrumbs. Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven. Bake until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes). Garnish with parsley and serve!
