Required products :

3 - 5 eggs

2 medium onions

2 red peppers (fresh or frozen)

salt and spices to taste

frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and cut it into semicircles or cubes. Cut the peppers. Fry them together in hot oil until the onion is translucent or golden, stirring constantly (be careful not to fry).

 

Then beat the eggs in the bowl and add spices of your choice and taste. These can be: chopped dill, dried herbs, paprika, turmeric and others.

 

Mix everything and let the dish cook until desired. If you prefer more fried eggs, stir the mixture until removed from the heat.

 

Of course, you can experiment instead of peppers or, in addition to them, add other favorite products.
