Necessary products:

  • 40 grams of dried seaweed (or 200 grams of canned)
  • 150 grams of onions
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Preparation of algae:

Wash the seaweed very well in a colander under running water, because they usually contain sand and pebbles. Then take small bundles of algae and rinse under water to remove the stones, because the colander will miss only the sand and they will remain.

Pour the washed seaweed with clean water and leave for 8-10 hours to swell. Then drain the water, pour new and put on the stove. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Drain the water from the algae and place them on a board, cut crosswise (for example, every 3-5 cm), so it will be more convenient for consumption.

Seaweed is ready for salads. You can marinate it, stew it, fry it and more.

Let's move on to making the salad.

Boil the eggs (boil them for 10 minutes after the water boils), cool in cold water. Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles and cut them in half. Fry for 5 -10 minutes in oil until translucent. Add the seaweed, add salt, pepper and stir. Fry for 5 minutes.

Peel the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Pour the seaweed, onion and eggs into the salad bowl and stir.

This salad can be served both hot and cold.
