How To Cook Seed Cheese With Dried Tomatoes And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Seed cheese with dried tomatoes and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 lemon
250 grams raw peeled sunflower seeds
6 dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon a mixture of dried herbs and spices of your choice (or Italian)
1 teaspoon garlic salt (you can use garlic powder and salt)
salt

Method of preparation :

Wash the sunflower seeds, then pour warm water over them and leave them in it for at least 4 hours (maybe 1 night). Then drain the liquid.

Grind the seeds with a blender and transfer the resulting slurry to a bowl. Using a blender, puree once more. Add the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, spices and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly and add salt to taste.

You should shape the appetizer. To do this, cover the inside (bottom and walls) of a container of your choice with foil, which should protrude enough outside the bowl so that you can then close the cheese with it. Distribute the mixture evenly and cover with foil. Place a heavy object on top so that the aromatic mass can be compressed and become more dense.

Serve 30 minutes later.

You can use it to make sandwiches, snacks and appetizers.

An option is to replace the sunflower seeds with cashews or other nuts of your choice. The consistency of the finished mixture resembles melted cheese, spreads easily and retains its shape.

Store in foil for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.

Enjoy your meal!
