How To Cook Semolina Cake With Biscuits, Milk And Chocolate Glaze - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Semolina cake with biscuits, fresh milk and chocolate glaze". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of suitable biscuits of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk (or a glass of water and a glass of milk)
  • 400 grams of boiled condensed milk
  • 150 grams of semolina
  • 50 grams of butter
  • pinch of salt

For the glaze:

  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 50 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

You need a form with a volume of 1.3-1.5 liters. Tightly cover its walls and bottom with plastic wrap.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, place on a hot plate and immediately add the condensed milk. Shortly before the mixture boils, add salt and semolina, pouring it gradually (in a thin stream), stirring constantly.

Immediately add the butter and stir until melted and the porridge thickens (about a minute).

Then remove the pan from the heat and transfer 3/4 of the mixture to the pan. Make an even layer on which to stack biscuits. Semolina and biscuits follow again.

Leave the dessert for 3 hours, during which it will cool and harden.
