How To Cook Semolina With Caramel And Walnuts - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of semolina
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 150-200 grams of peeled walnuts
  • oil to spread the form

Method of preparation:

While the milk is heating on the stove, grind the walnuts, add 60 grams of sugar to them and mix all this with semolina.

Pour the mixture with a thin stream of boiling milk, stirring constantly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, then turn off the heat.
