Required products :

For 1 cup of tea :

  • 1/4 tea cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/3 tea cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey or 1 tablespoon sugar

For 1 dose :

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey or 1 teaspoon sugar

Method of preparation :

 

  • Mix the ingredients in a dry glass jar, close tightly and shake vigorously until the sugar or honey is completely dissolved.
  • Add salt or sugar if necessary to adjust the taste to your preferences.
  • Season the vegetable salad and serve.
  • Store sesame dressing in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Note!

A single dose is enough to flavor 4 tea cups of vegetables. If you prepare 1 teaspoon of the dressing, keep in mind that 1 tablespoon is enough to flavor 1 teaspoon of grated vegetables or 2 teaspoons of leafy vegetables .
