Required products :

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

4 teaspoons water

2 - 3 dates (pitted)

1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)

1/8 teaspoon natural vanilla essence (optional)

pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Fill sesame seeds with water (should be completely covered) and leave for 8 hours (or overnight). You can put it in the refrigerator.

Then strain through gauze or use a strainer / sieve and pour the softened seeds into the blender jar. Add the dates, salt, butter and vanilla extract. Pour clean water and beat everything. The seeds must grind well, the liquid to acquire a milky white color.

Strain the drink through gauze, pour into suitable cups and serve.

The milk can be stored in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
