Necessary products:

 

  • 650 grams of lamb or ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 300 grams of frozen peas
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 bay leaves
  • soy sauce to taste
  • 500 milliliters of broth
  • 40 grams of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

for topping:

 

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • black pepper and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation:


Melt and heat the butter, fry the finely chopped onions and carrots. Add the minced meat, stir, season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato puree, peas, broth, soy sauce and bay leaves.

Simmer over low heat until the liquid is reduced. Meanwhile, boil, peel and mash the potatoes. To do this, add the cream, egg yolks and beat until smooth.

Cover the bottom of the pan with the potato mixture, pour the stuffing with the minced meat and finish again with puree. Sprinkle with black pepper, salt and bake in the oven until golden brown. Serve the dish warm, garnished with fresh spices of your choice.
