Required products :

  • 1 sweet potato
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • half a red, green and yellow pepper
  • 500 grams of minced lamb
  • 4 sprigs of parsley

Method of preparation :

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.

Peel a potato and cut it into large pieces, then add salt to the water and boil the potatoes for 10-12 minutes. Drain and leave in the hot pan to dry. Mash with a fork and season with salt and pepper.

Fry onion in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, add garlic, peppers and fry for another 3 minutes.

Add the minced meat and grind it as much as possible. After 5 minutes, remove from the heat.

Put the minced meat with the vegetables in a pan and spread the mashed potatoes on top.

Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cool for 6-7 minutes, then cut and serve the dish sprinkled with fresh parsley.
