Required products :

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1/2 head onion
  • parsley, dill
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 200 grams of cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • left
  • olive oil

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes into pieces, add the olives to them (keep some of their marinade). Cut onions into thin semicircles, chop parsley and mix the products.

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into thin straws. Add salt and wait 5 minutes, then drain the liquid.

Grate the cheese finely or mash with a fork. Add the lemon juice, chopped dill, cucumbers and mix everything well. From the resulting mixture form small balls and place them on the tomatoes.

Make olive oil sauce, olive marinade and salt to taste. Season the salad and make it delicious!
