How To Cook Shortbread Cake With Condensed Milk Cream And Nuts - Recipe

Required products :

250 grams butter
3 egg yolks
250 grams sugar
3 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder (or 1/2 teaspoon baking soda quenched in vinegar)

For the cream:
about 500 grams of boiled condensed milk

For decoration:
crushed nuts of your choice,
other optional - grated chocolate, coconut shavings, pieces of fruit, etc.

Method of preparation :

Mix the yolks with the sugar, then add the butter, mix the products well and add the flour and baking powder.
Knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Bake two loaves in a greased pan (or line the bottom with parchment paper) at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
When the tops have cooled, spread one with some of the condensed milk, put in the other and finish the cake with a coating of the rest of the milk.
Sprinkle the dessert with crushed nuts or decorate of your choice.
