Required products :

  • 260 grams of butter (200 grams for the dough + 60 grams for the cream)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 300 grams of flour (200 grams of wheat and 100 grams of corn)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 60 grams of halva


Method of preparation :

Mix the soft butter with the powdered sugar, add the egg, the two types of flour with the baking powder and mix the products thoroughly.

You should get a soft and tender dough, which you divide into two equal parts. Add cocoa powder to one and poppy seeds to the other.

Make 30 balls about 2 cm in diameter from each of the dough.

Arrange on parchment paper and press with a fork.

Put them in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Mix the butter with the crushed halva until smooth and with this cream glue two ready and cooled cookies, the combinations between them are of your choice.
