Required products :

200 grams of butter

200 grams of sugar

2 eggs

2 grams of vanilla

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 1/2 teaspoons flour

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the softened butter and stir.

Quench the soda in vinegar and add to the eggs and butter. Then it's time for the vanilla and sifted flour (use 2 cups of it) and knead the dough.

Put it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Line the bottom of the baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the dough in the bowl and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

You can glue the finished cookies in pairs with your favorite jam, jam or condensed milk, you will get delicious cakes. Decorate as desired. You can dip in melted chocolate, roll in coconut shavings or ground walnuts, for example.
