Necessary products
For the dough:
250 grams of margarine for pastries or oil
1 teaspoon sugar (maybe less)
1 teaspoon of baking soda quenched in apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons ground oats + a little to sprinkle
100 grams of cottage cheese
For the stuffing:
apricot jam
Method of preparation :
Mix the butter, sugar, add the baking soda and add the oatmeal. Spread the dough in a rectangular baking dish (leave some of it to sprinkle). Cover the surface with apricot jam.
Mix the separated dough with the cottage cheese and a little oatmeal to make a ball. Grate it on a coarse grater directly on the dough in the pan.
Bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 degrees until done.
