How To Cook Shortcrust Pastry With Onion, Yellow Cheese And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

50 grams butter
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon flour
pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

100-150 grams of melted cheese
100 grams of yellow cheese
3-4 onions
2 eggs

 

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter and add the sour cream, salt, sugar, baking powder and flour. Knead a dough that you can put in the fridge while you make the filling.

Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles and fry until golden. Grate the cheeses and mix them with the onions, add both eggs.

Roll out the dough in a circle or just roll it out with your hands directly into the pan in which you will bake the pie. Bend the edges to form a small edge. Spread the filling on the surface and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes (until golden).

The dish resembles a souffle.
