Melt the butter in a pan and add olive oil to it. When heated, add the shrimp, season with salt, add garlic and pepper. Fry the seafood for 5-7 minutes until pink.
Remove the shrimp from the pan and place them on a plate.
Put lemon juice, wine, parsley in the pan and season to taste with black pepper and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid is reduced by half.
Serve the shrimp flights with the garlic dressing.
Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with a few slices of lemon.
