Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 6 cloves garlic, pressed or grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 450 grams of large shrimps, peeled / except for the tails /
  • fresh parsley for sprinkling, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and spices. Stir well.
  • Add the shrimp, stir lightly and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to maximum.
  • Transfer the shrimp to a pan, spreading them in one layer and pour the marinade over them.
  • Bake for 3 minutes until pink.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
