How To Cook Shrimp With Honey Dressing And Candied Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 500 grams of cleaned shrimp
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • frying oil
  • 1/4 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • green onions for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar, after boiling, add the walnuts and cook for 2 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove the walnuts from the water and drain on kitchen paper.

Place the eggs in a shallow dish and the starch in another. Dip the shrimp in the eggs, then cover with cornstarch.

In a large skillet, heat 2 inches of oil on the bottom. Fry the shrimp until golden for 3-4 minutes.

Drain on paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey and cream. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and sprinkle with the sweet walnuts and chopped green onion feathers.
