  • 4 eggs
  • 360 grams of sugar
  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 100 grams of chocolate

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour, add the butter (at room temperature), 180 grams of sugar, 2 eggs and salt. Beat with a mixer, then gather the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

Mix the ricotta with the remaining sugar, including the vanilla sugar, add the starch, the other two eggs and mix until smooth.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into two parts, one being 1/3 of the total. Roll it out and cover the inside (walls and bottom) with a suitable baking dish. Pour the cream, sprinkle with chocolate pieces and close the cake with the remaining dough, which you also roll out.

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees.
