How To Cook Skewers Of Beef Meatballs With Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Skewers of beef meatballs with yellow cheese and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

300 grams of minced beef

80 grams of yellow cheese

2 cloves garlic

1 lemon

15 olives (can be filled with spicy hot pepper sauce)

2 sprigs of parsley

2 eggs

olive oil for frying

ground black pepper to taste

salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely together with the parsley. Mix them with the minced meat, add the eggs, grated yellow cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste.

From the resulting mixture form meatballs, which fry in olive oil.

Then arrange them on paper to drain off excess fat. String them on skewers, alternating with olives.

Serve with lemon slices.
