Required products :

1 cup semolina

1 teaspoon yogurt

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

3 teaspoons flour

4 eggs

200 grams of margarine for pastries (or suitable butter)

100 grams of powdered sugar

pinch of salt

a little soda (on the tip of a knife)

50 grams of chocolate

a few drops of lemon juice

yellow coloring for cakes

Method of preparation :

Mix semolina and yogurt, leave for about an hour so that the semolina can swell. Mix the granulated sugar with two whole eggs + 2 yolks. Then add the semolina, butter / margarine (softened), a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of baking soda and flour. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. You may need to use a little more flour. Leave the finished dough to rest for "half" an hour. Then roll it out, the layer should be 7 - 8 mm thick. Using a glass, cut out circles, which you arrange in a tray, leaving some distance between them, because they will increase their volume a bit. Place the dish in the oven at 160 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. The sweets will turn golden, you do not need to toast them. You can check the readiness by pressing their surface with your finger - if a hard coating has formed,

Beat the remaining two egg whites with a few drops of lemon juice until foamy. Add powdered sugar and yellow colorant. Apply the icing on the warm cookies and when it dries, paint smiles with melted chocolate.

You already have cheerful tasty faces.

Enjoy your meal!
