Required products :
1 smoked mackerel
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
100 grams butter
bread and green onions to serve
Method of preparation :
Clean the fish from the skin and bones, put the meat in the bowl of a blender. Add grated horseradish, mustard, pepper to taste. Add the cream and pour the lemon juice, then beat everything until smooth.
Finally, add the diced butter and beat once more. Add salt and serve the pate on a slice of bread, sprinkling with chopped green onions.
