Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 70 milliliters of vodka
  • 3 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 pieces of spicy sausage
  • 100 grams of finely chopped parmesan
  • half a bunch of finely chopped parsley
  • 3-4 stalks of finely chopped fresh oregano

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add salt, put the pasta and boil it. Cool and set aside. In a pan heat the olive oil, fry the finely chopped onion, garlic, tomato and sausage.

Stir and season with liquid smoke, black pepper and fresh spices. Pour the vodka and stew the mixture for 10 minutes.

Add the pasta and chopped parmesan, stir and serve directly. Sprinkle the dish with fresh spices of your choice.
