2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 fresh hot pepper
1 smoked pork ear
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 onion
1 cucumber
2 cloves garlic

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles and sauté in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil until transparent, adding a pinch of sugar.
