How To Cook Smoked Salmon Appetizer With Melted Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of smoked salmon
  • 400 grams of cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • black pepper, green onions, salt

 

Method of preparation :

First boil the eggs.

Cut the smoked fish into very thin equal pieces.

Cover the muffin tins with plastic wrap (this will make it easier to remove the finished appetizer).

At the bottom of each cage put a piece of salmon, and it should cover the walls.

Finely chop the boiled eggs (you can grate them if you choose).

Finely chop the garlic and green onion feathers.

Mix all products with cream cheese and season with pepper and salt.

Spread the stuffing on the fish pieces and close it with the salmon.

Wrap the appetizer with plastic wrap and place a heavy object on the form. This way the "cupcakes" will be rammed.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, then remove the bites from the dish and serve.
