Required products :
300 grams of raw smoked salmon
250 grams of butter
1 lemon
1 bay leaf
cayenne pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
First prepare the salmon, there are two options: cook for 5 minutes or put in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then put in the bowl of a food processor or blender, add the butter and a little cayenne pepper. Pour freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon and grind everything until a homogeneous combination.
Transfer the mixture to a deep bowl, place the bay leaf and pour in the melted butter.
Serve the pate chilled with fresh bread.
