How To Cook Smoked Salmon Pate With Onion And Parsley - Recipe

Required products :

  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 7 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • left cashier
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons horseradish paste
  • 340 grams of smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion, stir and cover with a lid. Stew it for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Add horseradish paste and mix well.
  • Meanwhile, finely chop the smoked salmon and transfer it to a medium bowl.
  • Add the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter and mix well.
  • Add the stewed onions and stir again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add parsley and stir briefly.
  • Serve salmon pate with freshly baked bread, crackers, pickles or anything else of your choice.
