Necessary products:

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup fresh basil

3 eggs

1 tablespoon fresh dill (finely chopped)

200 grams of cream cheese

juice and peel of 1 lemon

2-3 tablespoons capers

smoked salmon

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Pour a little water into the pan and put the spinach. Close the pan with a lid to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water and rinse under a running cold stream. Drain again. Mix the spinach, egg yolks, basil, salt, pepper in a food processor and mix until smooth. Beat the egg whites to a froth and carefully add the spinach mixture to them. Then pour everything into a pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until done.

Mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice and zest, add salt and pepper.

Spread the cream cheese filling over the spinach "swamps", then the capers and salmon. Roll up and leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
