How To Cook Smoothie In A Bowl Of Mango, Almonds And Raspberries - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Smoothies in a bowl of mango, almonds and raspberries". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup chopped mango - frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt (low fat)
  • 1/4 tea cup frozen banana
  • 1/4 tea cup almond milk
  • 5 tablespoons almonds - raw
  • a pinch of allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

Method of preparation :

Blend the banana, yogurt, mango, 3 tablespoons of almonds, almond milk and season with allspice.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl, garnish with the remaining almonds, raspberries and pour generously with honey. Have a good time!
