Do you want to start your day with a morning energy smoothie. Whether you just puree fruit with milk and drink it, add oatmeal or some seeds - the choice is yours and the options are endless.

But if you like your breakfast not to be in the form of a drink, you can get all the benefits of a healthy smoothie by serving it in a bowl, and to add an even greater variety of fruit.

Required products :

  • 2 large bananas, well ripened
  • 200 grams of low-fat yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 350 grams of frozen blueberries
  • 4 passion fruit, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into circles
  • 1 papaya, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large mango, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 4 tablespoons granola of your choice

Method of preparation :

Cut a banana and a half into large pieces and put in a blender, puree with milk and 1 tablespoon of honey, 300 grams of blueberries, and put the inside of two of the passion fruit.

When you get a deep purple smooth puree, pour into 4 bowls.

Distribute in portions of the remaining fruits, arranging and garnishing to your liking.

Serve breakfast immediately after cooking so you can enjoy the strongest beneficial properties.
