Necessary products:

 

for the red layer

 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • water or other mixing liquid

 

for the orange layer

 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon frozen peaches
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 tea cup frozen mango
  • mixing water

 

for the yellow layer

 

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon frozen pineapple
  • water for mixing products

 

with a green layer

 

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon spinach
  • 1 teaspoon frozen pineapple
  • water

 

for a blue layer

 

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon frozen pineapple
  • water

 

for the purple layer

 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberry tea
  • water or other mixing liquid

 

for the cyclamen layer

 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped beets
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put all the ingredients for the respective layer in a blender and blend until homogeneous. Pour the mixture into cocktail glasses. Do the same with the others. Stir gently with a straw or skewer so that the colored layers combine. It is important that the fruits are frozen for a better and thicker consistency. Serve the colored smoothies cold and enjoy them. 

* From the listed products 8-10 shakes are obtained. Reduce the quantities if you want less.
