Kefir is a yogurt-like dairy product, rich in intestinal-friendly probiotics. It has fewer carbohydrates and is suitable for smoothies due to its consistency.

Required products :

  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen berry mix
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon honey

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Blend kefir, berries, orange juice, mint and honey to the consistency of smoothies and serve in a glass.

You can store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
