Necessary products:
250 milliliters of coconut milk
50 milliliters of liquid cream
200 milliliters of fresh milk
70 grams of walnuts
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oatmeal
10 grams of vanilla
2 tablespoons maple syrup
half a banana
10 strawberries
10 blueberries
for decoration:
200 milliliters of cream for breaking
mint leaves
30 grams of walnuts
Method of preparation:
Pour all the liquid ingredients into the bowl of a blender, add the remaining products and puree until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Cool, pour into cups and serve the smoothie, decorated with cream, mint leaves and walnuts. Easy, fast and very fresh.
