Necessary products:

 

  • 4 fresh cucumbers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/4 tea cup coarse salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon crystal sugar
  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Put them in a bowl, add peeled and finely chopped peppers and onions.

 

Pour enough water to cover the vegetables and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain through cheesecloth and mix with vinegar, sugar, salt and seeds.

 

Heat the mixture and cook for 10-15 minutes and cool. Pour it into airtight jars, cool and serve with a drink of your choice.
