Required products :

  • 400 grams of pizza dough
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon grated white cheddar cheese or yellow cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Form 8 balls of dough and another 8 balls half the size of the previous ones. Grease a pan and arrange the loaves in it, cover with a towel and leave to rise.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream. Finely chop the onion and add it to the other products. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle a small round yen pan with cooking spray, pour the mixture and flatten it, and sprinkle with a little grated mozzarella on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

After the specified time has elapsed, remove the pan from the oven. Arrange the larger balls next to the walls of the bowl, and place the small ones over them, forming a snowman. Make a scarf with thin slices of tomato. Put a few grains of black pepper for the eyes and buttons, pressing them hard, and shape the nose from a small piece of carrot. Bake for another 20 minutes.
