Required products :

350 grams of wheat flour
incomplete tablespoon of sugar
incomplete tablespoon of soda
incomplete tablespoon of salt
150 milliliters of high-fat milk (3.2%)
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
30 grams of walnuts

Method of preparation :

Pour the vinegar into the warm milk and wait for the milk to cross (this will take about 10 minutes).
Sift the flour into a suitable bowl along with the salt, baking soda and sugar.

Add the "sour" milk and coarsely chopped walnuts.

Stir with a spoon, making a few movements, then knead the dough with your hands on a plate sprinkled with flour.

The dough should not be too thick and should not stick to the hands. Place it on parchment, give it a round shape, on the surface of which make a cross-section.

Place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 and let the bread bake for another 15 minutes.
Leave the finished cake to "rest" for a while and serve warm.

Enjoy your meal!
