Method of preparation :
Fry in hot oil all products (excluding crusts) with spices for 5-6 minutes or until soft. Set aside to cool. Fill each crust with the mixture and fold. Fry until golden for about 1 minute on each side.
Serve the samosas with milk sauce with garlic or hot green pepper sauce.
