Necessary products
For the lemonade:
150 grams of sorrel
freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
500 milliliters of water
For syrup:
4 cm ginger root
10 tablespoons brown sugar
300 milliliters of water
Addition:
500 milliliters of carbonated water
Method of preparation :
Make the syrup first.
Cut the ginger into thin straws. Pour the water into a suitable container and pour the sugar into it. Put on the stove. Once the liquid boils, add the ginger and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Then strain the syrup and leave to cool.
Wash the spinach and chop it. Put it in the bowl of a blender, pour the water and beat.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon and pour over the spinach puree. Add the syrup. Mix the drink thoroughly and strain.
Dilute with sparkling water and serve.
