Required products :

500 grams of chopped mushrooms

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons finely chopped onion

3 tablespoons wheat flour

0.25 teaspoon nutmeg

0.25 teaspoon freshly ground allspice

2 teaspoons salt

2 tea cups cream with 10% fat

1 kg of sorrel (you can use spinach)

3 tablespoons grated cheese

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a pan, put the mushrooms and onions, fry them for 5 minutes. Pour the flour, add the nutmeg, allspice, salt. Add the cream, pouring it in a thin stream and stir until the mixture boils. Leave to cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Spread half of the sorrel on the bottom of a pan greased with oil and pour half of the resulting sauce. On top of the remaining sorrel, flatten the surface, followed by the other half of the sauce and grated cheese. Put the pan in another wider, in which pour hot water. Put in preheated to 160 degrees for 40 minutes.
