Method of preparation :
Roast the walnuts in a dry pan, cut the zucchini into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
Finely chop the parsley and basil stalks and cut the sorrel leaves.
Mix two tablespoons of olive oil with a pinch of paprika, salt and pepper to taste, add the crushed garlic cloves.
Put the sorrel, parsley and basil in the salad bowl, season them with the sauce you made and serve with the roasted walnuts.
