Grind or crush the biscuits, mix them until smooth with the melted butter (unsalted) butter. Spread the mixture on the bottom of a shallow form and use a spatula to make a thick even layer. Refrigerate.
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and sugar, pour the cream (both high fat and low fat), add vanilla and beat (maybe with a blender or mixer).
Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package, pour over the curd and beat once more.
Pour the cream over the cooled base and return to the fridge until slightly firm.
Prepare the jelly following the instructions on the package using the orange juice. Pour the cream with the glaze and place the dessert in the refrigerator for the next 3-4 hours.
You can decorate with fruits of your choice.
