Necessary products:

  • 500 g minced mixture
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 potatoes
  • noodles
  • oil
  • spring
  • pepper
  • Bay leaf
  • dill
  • parsley
  • left

Method of preparation:

Mix the minced meat with the egg, add salt, pepper and stir. Form balls, use a spoon dipped in cold water to scoop the mixture. Finely chop the onion, fry it. Add chopped carrots, soft tomatoes and peppers. Stir all this and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then pour water and when it boils, add the bay leaf, allspice, black pepper, reduce the heat and add the minced meat balls. After 5 minutes add the potatoes (sliced), after another 5 - the pre-prepared stuffing, after another 5 - the noodles (thin). Let the soup boil for 10 minutes and then add the dill and parsley. Leave for another 10 afterwards to absorb the flavors and serve with cream.

Another option for preparing the soup is not to put an egg in the minced meat, you can not make a stuffing and build with an egg and yogurt.
