Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil until tender in boiling water.
Peel an onion and a carrot, grate them finely and fry the carrots in oil until light, then add the onions. When golden, pour the porridge into the potato broth.
From the minced meat form small balls and put them in the boiling liquid. Reduce the temperature of the hob and let everything boil until the minced meat is ready, while removing the foam that has formed. Season to taste.
Finally, put the grated yellow cheese in the finished soup, stir. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat.
